Good spot, been comfortable here in winter storm's, late night loading with nearby DC's, etc, etc & the same for other truck stops down the street (Pilot) both of these are solid spots I've been coming to for over 26+ year's across the Country... These are a solid, salt of the earth people here in this Dupont/ PA area and I like them better in a BIG TRUCK than going to N.J. in a semi, the people in the inner cities are cooler,, atleast to me and I'm originally from N.J., So I know, at 57😉 They're (truck stop workers) are keeping us straight as we're all keeping the country UP running in commerce.. Lesson for today drivers. 😉😉😄😃🤣😊🙌👏🏾🤜🏽👊🏾🤛🏽👍🏻👍🏻✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽

Had on Road call them this morning. They said 3 hour wait okay. But then I go and check in they're like pull into Bay 3.about 7:30 am Awesome I think. Then the mechanic looks underneath it and takes pictures ssys "they will send it in for approval "and says the parts should be here about 3 hours. At around 1:00 I go into check and the lady tells me they're still waiting for approval. But then finds the approval. I called on road and they told me they didn't get anything sent for approval until noon. It is now 4:00 I go in and check out the status and all of a sudden there's two more trucks ahead of me. No communication I feel like they're not even trying. And by the way the trailer is still in Bay 3. A complete day wasted. When this morning they made me think I'd be out and about 4 hours. Update They ordered the wrong tank. Had to wait until this morning for the correct tank. That they received fairly early this morning. But I guess they're only Tech had to go on a road call. Which apparently took the technicians entire shift. Now I'm waiting for the next tech to come in they say maybe around 3:00. We'll see hopefully it's not another wrong tank

Shower cleaning quality is getting worse and worse every month. Had a shower with hair on the toliet seat and counter. When I tried to get a new one front desk said my code would work on another shower it didnt. When I talked to the employee incharge instead of helping me immediately they just brushed the hair off and used toliet water to clean the toliet....this is not a home toliet, toliet bowl water is not clean. Oh and thanthey left the toliet seat covered in the dirty water 🤢....I shouldn't need to keep the emergency toliet out when at a truckstop where I spend money on fuel and showers

Workers inside of the big store were super nice! Iron skillet food was really good. Shower was nice, and good water pressure. Saves on map in case we are back in this direction.

I had a great experience with Edward ! The technician who worked on my truck did an outstanding job. He went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed the right way. He took the time to explain what was wrong, kept me updated, and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. His customer service was excellent—very respectful, professional, and honest. I truly appreciate the care and effort he put in. Highly recommend!
